My Meditation Stats: 2016

I’ve never been very interested in team competition or even competing against other people. It’s all about being better than myself. With that in mind, I’m posting my 2016 meditation stats from Calm with the hopes that I’ll have a longer streak, log more hours, and complete more sessions in 2017—the year my health improves instead of declines. Right? Right.

  1. I think your stats are great! I’ve only just started to use the calm app in August 2016, but my longest streak is only 1 day…gulp! I totally need to up my meditation game especially since my job is so freaking stressful and lately I’ve been in constant fibro hell! Thanks for the share; it’s inspiring me to do better this year! 🙂

    1. It really helps me, but I have a tendency to fizzle out as the year goes on or my symptoms flare. When I need it most, that’s when it feels the hardest to do! Good luck with your meditation (and EVERYTHING else) in 2017! 🙂
